Needed pre-performance on show days. Bouncer guards the entry door for security making sure only appropriate personnel, volunteers and performers are allowed backstage and in dressing/make-up rooms. The Bouncer is given a list of personnel acceptable back stage and gives assigned passes. You don't have to miss the performance to do this job.
