Jenna Thomas

Jenna Thomas, who captured a National Youth Theatre award for her choreography of Kid’s On Stage two productions of High School Musical, is returning as Choreographer for our production of High School Musical 2.

Jenna is a junior at Arizona State University majoring in Broadcasting at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Currently Jenna is in her Rookie year as an Arizona Cardinals NFL Cheerleader where she performs at games, has choreographed for the team, and travels the country visiting the soldiers of our great country.

National Youth Theatre awarded Jenna the “Outstanding Choreography” award for Kid’s On Stage production of our original HSM shows.  In addition to HSM, Jenna was choreographer for our productions of Anne Jr. as well as 2006 Summer Theatre Boot Camps.

Dancing for 13 years, Jenna has studied ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, modern, cheer, and theatre dance styles, and has taught dance to all age groups for over six years.

Locally Jenna graduated from Lakeshore High School in 2006 and is also the former Miss Stevensville 2006. Born and raised in Stevensville, MI, Jenna is thrilled to return to her hometown to choreograph for Doug’s Kids On Stage, High School Musical 2!

Tierney Williamson

Production Assistant

Tierney Williamson
Tierney Williamson Tierney has been involved with Kids on Stage since she first performed in Reach. She loved it so much, she also performed in High School Musical and in Seussical Jr. She enjoyed performing because it was fun and it gave her the opportunity to make new friends and to learn more about singing and acting. A recent high school graduate, she is currently taking classes at Lake Michigan College. Tierney first began to work as staff for KOS as a counselor during 101 Dalmatians summer 2008 and has continued into our major productions, most recently Alice in Wonderland Jr.. She is really excited to come back as a production assistant so she can see the kids grow in their theater ability just like she did. Tierney is a great asset to KOS, contributing to both the creative and fun side of the productions. Doug and Jeri are thrilled to have her on our team.

Wendy Hoskins

Production Assistant

Wendy Hoskins

Wendy Hoskins has been working with Kids On Stage since the spring of 2005. As our (Indispensable!) Rehearsal Assistant, she is creative, contributes to the fun, kindly maintains order, attends to hurts and keeps Doug on track. She loves working with children and is a perfect addition to the Kids On Stage philosophy that "the most important thing to do on stage is have fun!" In her spare time, Wendy is a third grade teacher in Berrien Springs, a Girl Scout leader, and helps with coaching. It seems that children are her life and working with them gives her great enjoyment. She loves to see the joy on their faces as they reach the goals they have been working to achieve. Since her nieces and daughter started performing with Doug, Wendy has seen the growth this program has brought the children in her family and other children. She truly believes that her contribution to Kids On Stage is a great way to help children build their self-esteem and to be more outgoing. Kids On Stage is fortunate to have Wendy on staff.
